Everyone welcome, all paces catered for. We run together for the warm up and cool down, then race our individual half marathon pace for 6 miles. This fast continuous run is a bit slower than traditional tempo pace. It specifically trains you to handle long distance races, building strength and endurance, and gives you confidence to hold your target race pace. 2 miles warm up. 6 miles at YOUR Half Marathon pace. 2 miles cool down.
