Pub runs normally take place in the summer when we can take advantage of the light evenings to get out into the country for a run.

They involve meeting at a pub in the countryside somewhere fairly local and running off for about 6-7 miles. They are like a normal monday run and replace the Monday run for that week with the bonus of a pub at the end and the chance to run in some new places. See the calendar for more details.
