The first pub run of the year will take place from Cape of Good Hope in Warwick. The run will start an hour earlier than normal at 5:00pm and the route will head up towards Hatton.
Track Session January 7, 2009 (7:30 pm) Track session at the Edmonscote road track. Meet at the track warmed up and ready to go at 7:30 pm or leaving from the club at 7:20 pm for a warm up jog down to the track. Entry to the track costs £3.20
Long Track Session January 8, 2009 (6:30 pm) Longer track session at the Edmonscote road track. Meet at the track warmed up and ready to go at 6:30 pm. Entry to the track costs £3.20
Club Run January 9, 2009 (6:00 pm) A run of about 6-7 miles leaving from the club at 6 pm
Club Run January 12, 2009 (7:30 pm) A run of about 6-7 miles leaving from the club at 7:30 pm
Mile Reps January 14, 2009 (7:30 pm) Mile rep interval session leaving from the club at 7:30 pm. Bring a stopwatch to record you times.
