The recent bad weather means it must be time for Mali Murphy to lead a run. Monday 2nd of June from the Stags Head in Offchurch, leaving at 7:30 pm. Please use the grass car park beyond the tarmac one and share lifts if possible.
Hopefully it will live up to the standard set by Mali’s previous expeditions, so expect wild animals, swamps, mud and a lot of fun!
Track Session January 7, 2009 (7:30 pm) Track session at the Edmonscote road track. Meet at the track warmed up and ready to go at 7:30 pm or leaving from the club at 7:20 pm for a warm up jog down to the track. Entry to the track costs £3.20
Long Track Session January 8, 2009 (6:30 pm) Longer track session at the Edmonscote road track. Meet at the track warmed up and ready to go at 6:30 pm. Entry to the track costs £3.20
Club Run January 9, 2009 (6:00 pm) A run of about 6-7 miles leaving from the club at 6 pm
Club Run January 12, 2009 (7:30 pm) A run of about 6-7 miles leaving from the club at 7:30 pm
Mile Reps January 14, 2009 (7:30 pm) Mile rep interval session leaving from the club at 7:30 pm. Bring a stopwatch to record you times.
