Interclub Race September 9, 2010 (19:00) This years 3 way interclub race will be hosted by Kenilworth Runners. 7pm start from the Great Western Pub, Deppers Bridge, near Harbury. Food at the pub afterwards. Club Night September 10, 2010 (18:00) An easy paced run led as usual by Terry Sensible Sunday September 12, 2010 (09:30) 12 mile run to Leek Wootton Golf Course & Hatton. As usual, the pace will be sensible. This is LSD; Long SLOW Distance. Enjoy a weekend lie-in, our anti-hangover start time is 9.30am. See you all outside the Striders clubhouse this Sunday. In the 6th race of the East Midlands Grand Prix, the Banbury 5, Mike Ellis came home in 14th place in 28:28 followed by Trevor Wilkinson 30:39, Carolyn 32:02 (2nd F40), Clare Hinton 35:26 and a new PB, Michelle Clements 36:47, Jackie (37:18) and Dave Lindsay 38:51. In the 7th series race, the Harborough 5, Trevor showed his consistency again in 30:21 with Dawn Clark and Mike Ellis finishing together in 33:47 followd by Nick Adams in 35:00 dead. Striders enjoyed success at the ASICS Arden 9 with Stuart Mead (M40), Carolyn Wilkinson (F35) and Vicki Smith (F45) all winning 1st Prize in their categories. Full results - Stuart 52:03 (5th place), Trevor 56:07, Rich Shephard 57:35, Carolyn 59:51, Vicki 67:18, Richard King 67:49, Amanda May 70:49, Kate Evans 78:29 and Paul & Clare Hinton running together in 79:40
