Club Night September 6, 2010 (19:30) Monday night club 'muster' run from the club house. There will be groups going off at various paces, no-one left behind, but expect to run between 5 and 9 miles. Summer Route to be announced on the night.
Tempo Tuesday September 7, 2010 (18:45) Leave from the club 6.45pm. 3 mile warm-up to Lillington. 4 miles at Tempo (running hard between half-marathon and 10k race pace). 2 miles cool down. This gives you 9 miles with 4 of them hard. New runners always very welcome.

New Runners Night September 7, 2010 (19:00) 2/3 mile steady run. All abilities welcome. Each run is led by an experienced runner and no-one is left behind. A good way to get fitter and makes a great 'lead-up' to a Wednesday or Monday session if you have never run before.
At the Great North Road, Chris McCarthy finished in a time of 1:26:56 followed by Richard Brangwin 1:29:10 (PB), Carolyn and Trevor Wilkinson, 1:30:08, Vin Pathak 1:52:58 (PB) and Kate Evans following injury in 2:28:00. In the Conductive Education 10K in Birmingham, Nick Adams also scored a PB in 41:11 as did Helen Tudge accompanied by John McNally in 48:10. On Saturday, at the JW Ultra Stratford to Birmingham canal towpath run, Darren Gillman completed the 30 miles in 4:51:44. In the 3 leg relay of the same race, Richard Brookes did 1:27:01, Jackie Lindsay 1:27:32 and Sean Lonergan 1:17:40 to complete it in 4:11:13. Claire Hinton, running for Café Girls did Leg 1 in 1:38:55. Closer to home on Sunday, Trevor Wilkinson was 1st Strider back in the Hatton 5 Mile Multi-Terrain in 32:12 followed by Tim Stooks 34:06, Carolyn Wilkinson 34:38 (1st F35), Nick Adams 36:39, Mick Barrott 37:52, Nadine Fleckenstein 38:04, Richard Bicknell 38:58, Sean Lonergan 40:29, Sue Cox 41:00, Steve Atherton 50:33 and Geraldine Barrott 66:21.
