This years 3 way interclub race will be hosted by Kenilworth Runners. 7pm start from the Great Western Pub, Deppers Bridge, near Harbury. Food at the pub afterwards.

12 mile run to Leek Wootton Golf Course & Hatton. As usual, the pace will be sensible. This is LSD; Long SLOW Distance. Enjoy a weekend lie-in, our anti-hangover start time is 9.30am. See you all outside the Striders clubhouse this Sunday. Back Marker ...

Pub Run

This weeks run will be from a MYSTERY PUB in Kenilworth. A cross country ramble between 6 and 8miles led by Dawn Clark. Bring your off road shoes if you have them.

Four Striders went to Wales, some to check out the shopping facilities of Cardiff, but all to run the Cardiff Half Marathon. I didn’t go and first hand experience is always more accurate, so below is a report from Dawn.
