Club Run September 8, 2008 (7:30 pm) A run of about 6-7 miles leaving from the club at 7:30 pm
Mile Reps September 10, 2008 (7:30 pm) Mile rep session leaving from the club at 7:30 pm
Long Track Session September 11, 2008 (6:30 pm) A longer track session at the Edmonscote Road Track. Meet at the track, warmed up and ready to go, at 6:30pm. Track entry costs £3.10
Club Run September 12, 2008 (6:00 pm) A run of about 6-7 miles leaving from the club at 6:00 pm
